Cathy Cottrell
1st Secretary Energy Policy and Country Director, Department of International Trade (DIT), British Embassy Kyiv
Cathy graduated from Slavonic and Eastern European Studies (currently part of University College London) with specialization Russian and Soviet Studies.
She started working in the UK Ministry of Foreign Affairs at 1991, as part of the Department for the study of Soviet countries. There she was working during 90s, when the UK developed new relationships and opened diplomatic missions in new independent countries. In 1999, she became a trade attaché in Moscow.
Since then she has worked in Kuwait and Serbia, as well as in Russia. Kathy has been working at the British Embassy in Kyiv since the summer of 2017.

Patrick Snodgrass
Expert in silage and animal feeding, Director at Specialist Farm Enterprises Shropshire, Great Britain and Northern Ireland
Patrick has over 16 years’ experience in the agricultural sector and animal feed industry. He graduated with a BSc Agriculture from Newcastle University in the UK and is Member of the Institute of Export. He has been involved with the dairy sector all his life through direct involvement in the family dairy farm and work on other dairy units where he gained extensive practical and management skills. He spent the first 5 years of his professional career working in the animal feed industry, firstly as an Area Sales Manager with AB Agri in the UK and subsequently as the Export Sales Executive with Frank Wright where he travelled extensively to many countries exporting animal feed supplements for all classes of livestock. For several years he was the Technical Director of a company in the Ukraine which provided animal feed supplements as an integral part of a technical support package for clients. In 2011 he returned to Shropshire to take on the management of the dairy buying groups; Border Farmers and Maryvale Farmers through his company Specialist Farm Enterprises Ltd.
Patrick now works closely with dairy farmers within the two buying groups offering dairy nutrition and business consultancy. He works to get the best performance from the cows at the most economical feed cost. He is directly involved in all aspects of animal nutrition including the preparation of silages and other forages and their use in dairy rations.

Anatoliy Penzin
Business Manager CIS at JCB Agriculture
Born on April 18, 1988 in Kherson. In 2005 he graduated from secondary school in Kherson. 2005-2010 National Transportation University in Kiev, faculty of road machines, specialty «lifting, construction, reclamation machines and equipment.» In 2010 — seller of agriculture machinery in a dealership company. From 2011 to 2018 he worked at KUN-Ukraine. Since 2018 he operates as a Business Manager at JCB.

Ruslan Susol
Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Consultant on livestock breeding and nutrition at Right Frank Ltd.
Having successfully defended his doctoral thesis, Ruslan has been heading the Department of Animal Production and Processing of Animal Products at Odessa State Agrarian University since 2016. He has been co-operating with Right Frank Ltd as a consultant on livestock breeding and nutrition with cutting-edge premixes and special feeding products. To enhance his skills, Ruslan attends practical trainings and workshops both in Ukraine and abroad, in particular in the UK and in France. Ruslan regularly arranges topical workshops and presentations for Ukrainian agro- business representatives. Having an extensive hands-on experience, Ruslan is a sought-after expert in formulation, optimisation and implementation of livestock diets and is well recognised for his case-by-case approach to technical support of dairy and meat producers.

Dmytro Minaev
Representative CIS at STORTH Machinery
In 2005 he received Master’s degree as an Engineer of biomedical medicines and systems in Dnepropetrovsk National University.
Since March 2019 he is a representative of STORTH Machinery in the CIS.

Martin Eistrup
Regional Sales Director Central and Eastern Europe, Russia/CIS at Milkrite│ InterPuls
Martin Eistrup was born on a dairy farm in Germany, having several education levels of professional agricultural farming. He has worked for almost 20 years for famous North American genetic companies like ABS Global and SEMEX Alliance. Since 2012 Martin Eistrup is working at Avon Rubber plc representing their dairy branch Milkrite InterPuls. Currently Martin Eistrup is responsible for Central and Eastern European market, including Ukraine. Martin is passionate about modern dairy farming and focuses on the highest levels of productivity.

Valeriu Volcov
Technical Sales Support | Russia | CIS & Balkan Area at Milkrite│ InterPuls
Valeriu Volcov was born and have first part of tech education in Moldova, starting several education graduated from construction college and continuing to improve knowledge levels on Engineering civil Building construction — UTM — Urbanism și Arhitectură (Polytechnic University of Chisinau); afterwards in Italy — “A. Secchi” (State Technical Institute for Geometers), where he currently lives and acquired the second Italian citizenship. Since 2012 Valeriu Volcov was employed at InterPuls as part of Automation Team and currently he is Technical Sales Support | CIS — Balkan Area | & HD support, including Ukraine. Valeriu is a fan of Automation technology performances within the dairy farms and fully committed to company mote, which is “improve every farm we touch”.

Anatoliy Livinskiy
Professor of Agricultural Sciences at Odessa State Agrarian University, Scientific consultant on livestock breeding and nutrition at Right Frank Ltd.
Anatoliy has been working in livestock production and consultancy since 1992. Anatoliy has more than 25 years of experience in research activities in the livestock breeding and nutrition. He implements modern technologies of livestock management and nutrition in Ukrainian farms. He has repeatedly undergone training and internships in the UK and France. Anatoliy provides workshops and advisory services for specialists of farms in the production and livestock husbandry.
